Walmart Store Underperformance

"Who sold the least" isn't the same as underperformance. This project built an early warning system using 143 weeks of Walmart sales data, engineering context-aware features to distinguish real performance failure from seasonal and structural noise — then flagging the highest-risk store-department combinations before decline worsens.
